17.05 – 17.55 Question Time – Open debate and questions.
17.55 – 18.00 Closure and vote of thanks.
19.30 – 20.00 400 delegates gather for drinks reception at Dewars Centre hosted by Provost John Hulbert, Perth & Kinross Council.
